Each order is customized and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a free replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or color, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your order for store credit. To do so, send us an email at email@example.com for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 2 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
