Returns
Each piece at Aftercolor is printed by hand, in limited batches, with care and intention. Because of this, all sales are final—we do not accept returns. In the rare event that your order arrives with a defect, we’ll make it right. If we have the item in stock, we’ll send a replacement. If not, we’ll issue you a store credit refund. The defect should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
We print our garments in small batches, so we don’t process traditional exchanges due to limited quantities. If you need a different size or color, you can return the original item in new condition. Once we receive it, we’ll issue store credit. This type of exchange is only available for items still in our current collection—retired pieces and sale items aren’t eligible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of fragrances. Any sign of wear will void the return.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 2 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
Processing Time
Currently we process our orders fairly quickly. Usually we ship the item out within 5 business days. On rare occasions, we may run into delays with a particular shirt. That will take up to 10 business days to complete.
